Bow tie Pasta with solid white tuna

Half cup chopped sweet red bell peppershalf cup chopped sweet Vidalia onions7oz drained solid white Albacore tuna (spring water)8oz (dry) whole wheat bow tie pasta3 Tbsp Hellmans light mayonnaiseMrs dash to taste
Put pasta on to cook
while pasta is cooking chop peppers/onions
add onions and peppers to pasta for last 5 min cooking to soften and flavor pasta a little
drain and rinse can of solid white tuna (rinse to reduce salt)
once pasta is cooked,drain and place in large mixing bowl
add drained tuna and mayonnaise-stir until combined
sprinkle Mrs Dash-mix completely
can serve hot or cold.As stand alone lunch or as a side salad
if you prefer it cold,refrigerate for approx 1hour before eating
makes approx 4 servings (if you weigh food each serving will be about 6oz.)
I have used 4 servings here to develop the nutrition label but if it is used as a side dish could actually get 6 or more servings out of this recipe.
