1 can black beans, drained1 can yellow corn, drained1 can spicy rotel tomatoes with green chilessprig of fresh cilantro (to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well, salt and pepper to taste and chill if desired. Serve with fish tacos, or as a dip for tortilla chips.
