Corn Flake Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast- 1 lbKellog's Corn Flakes- 3 cupsMelted butter- 8 tblsOne pack of Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing-0.4 ozMozzarella Cheese- 1 cup
Directions
Melt one stick ( 8 tbls ) of butter in a large bowl.

Mix Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing, Mozzarella Cheese, and Kellog's Corn Flakes in a large bowl. With your hands mix and crush up your corn flakes.

Take thawed chicken and dip in butter evenly coating each side. Once you have an even coat of butter on each side, lay you chicken in the mixture bowl evenly coating both sides as well.
If there is any of the mix left over evenly spread across the top of the chicken.
Repeat for each piece of chicken.

Place in a 13 x 9 dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until the chicken is not pink in the middle.
Makes six large size chicken breast
