Chinese Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
1 large chicken breast, bone and skin removed, cut into chunksMARINADE:1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp dry sherry1 tbsp oil3 cloves garlic, crushed2 spring onions sliced finely and diagonally1 tbsp light soy sauce0.5 tbsp dry sherry1/8 tsp chilli pastefew drops sesame oil
Directions
Marinade the chicken for 20 mins or longer

Combine sesame oil, light soy sauce, sherry and chilli paste.

Heat oil in wok
Add marinated chicken, stir fry briefly
Add garlic and onion
Add remaining ingredients

Total cooking time approx 5 mins.
