Ingredients
8 oz . of lean ground beef1 med. onion, chopped8 oz . of Velveeta light, sliced1 can of Rotel tomatoes12 thin corn tortillas, torn1 can of campbells cream of chicken soup 98% fat freeseasoning for meat (used McCormick original taco seas.)
Directions
Brown meat with onion and seasonings. Layer 6 tortillas,beef & onions, cheese, cheese, 6 tortillas. Blend soup and tomatoes together. Pour over top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
