Barbecue Simmered Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb turkey breast tenders1/4 c. barbecue sauce1/4 c. fruit spread or reduced-sugar marmalade, jelly or preservescooking spray4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions
Cut turkey into bite-size pieces. Place a large skillet coated with water/oil mixture over medium-high heat; add turkey and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until heated through, about 3 minutes.

Serve on whole wheat buns (included in calories).
Suggested serving: with coleslaw
