Ingredients
1 large carrot cut into pieces, 1/2 cup parsnips, 1 medium onion, 1 medium potato, 1 medium tomato, 400 grams canned peas (ideally fresh peas), fresh parsley.
Directions
boil 4 cups of water in a pan and add all the ingredients except the peas and the fresh parsley. after 15 min, add the peas and right before taking it off the fire add the parsley. makes 2 large bowls or 4 small ones.
