Dottie's Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients
5 baby or mini raw carrotsone thin slice of yellow onion ( or other variety you prefer)1 whole tomato washed, stem removed1/2 med. cucumber, washed peeled and quartered1 c. mixed salad greens washed well1/4-1/2 clove of garlic (optional)2 stalks of celery, washed1-2 cups of ice1/4 beef, chicken or vegetable buillion cube (optional)1/2 tsp. worchestersire sauce (optional)
Directions
This recipe makes about 3 cups.
Add in the order above, into a heavy duty blender. Use the plunger or stop every so often to scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure that all the foods are blended well. It is normal to find an occasional ice chip.
