Easy slow cooker chicken and vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup1 cup frozen vegetables (your choice)salt and pepper to taste1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Spray non-stick spray on slow cooker. Add chicken breast, both soups, milk , and vegtables. Salt and pepper to taste.Cook on low for 4to 6hrs. Add sour cream before ready to serve. Very good w/ rice.
