Ingredients
115g Tuna in water (drained weight)1 Egg3 Tablespoons (26g) Oat Bran2 Tablespoons (33g) Fromage fraisCurry powder/herbs/spices to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.

Put in a lightly oiled fry pan, let it brown, flip and brown other side and done.

Makes one pancake/flapjack
