Mexican Chicken Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 can of rotel tomatoes1 can chicken brothChopped onion4 tablespoons chili powder1 bag Doritos chips2 cooked chicken breasts, cut upShredded cheddar cheese
Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, and chili powder over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil (for softer onions cook a bit longer).
Layer chips in baking pan with chicken then cheese, repeat layers. Pour mixture over layered chicken. Top with additional cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese on top is melted. Do not prepare ahead.
*Note: This is not a good left over recipe. Also if you want a more mild dish use stewed tomatoes or mild rotel instead of the regular rotel tomatoes. Also for a hotter dish use hot rotel.
