Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken w/beans & corn

Ingredients
5 chicken breasts (4 oz each)1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 package reduced sodium taco seasoning2 cups salsa1 can black beans1 can corn (Mexicorn included in nutrition info)4 tbsp light sour creamBrown Rice (not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Place chicken, taco seasoning, salsa and soup in slow cooker. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Remove chicken and shred with fork. Put back in slow cooker. Add beans and corn. Continue cooking for 3-4 hours. Before serving add sour cream. Serve over brown rice (not included in nutrition info). Makes at least 6 bowls when mixed with rice.
