Curry Tuna Salad

Ingredients
3 oz. canned tuna in water1/2 T. light mayonnaise1 T. finely chopped celery1 t. curry powder (more or less to taste)15 raisins (more or less to taste)
Directions
Drain tuna. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to mingle. Best if chilled over night. Great on a warm whole-wheat pita or tossed with romaine lettuce.

If you have the calories, add walnuts!
