Ingredients
1 cup fat free cottage cheese1 tbs garlic powder (or to taste)1 tbs dried dill (or to taste)1/2 cup chopped cucumber with skin (take all the fiber, vit, minerals you can get!)Joseph's brand Whole Wheat Oat Bran Pita
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pita. I like to cut my pita in half, open it and toast it before filling it up. This is a texture and flavor satisfying lunch. It fills me up and keeps me going. I feel far from dieting when I eat this lunch! The calories keep my day going well within my goals and leave me plenty of calories for a good dinner! I buy the mini cucumbers and just use a whole one. =D
