Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup skim milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon10 slices bread (recipe calculated with plain white bread)
Directions
mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl

dip bread in egg mixture and grill on non-stick griddle

serve with sugar free syrup or fruit (not included in recipe total)
