Ingredients
# Summer Squash, 5 medium (remove)# Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)# Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)# Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz), prepared (remove)# Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 3 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) (remove)
Directions
slice squash & onion boil for 5 min. mix mix with all other ingredients except stuffing mix. put on layer of dry stuffing mix on bottom of baking dish add other ingrediant top with rest of stuffing mix and bake @ 350 for 30 mins
