Ingredients
cooked pastatomato saucetomatoesbroccoligreen beanslettucegreen peppers(red or yellow or orange)onionsblack peppersaltcilantrotarragonoreganothymebreaditalian seasoning extra virgin oil or olive oil
Directions
1. cut up tomatoes- makes one cup
2. cut one onion up finely makes one serving
3.cut broccoli up -makes one cup
4. cut lettuce up to make 3 cups (can be less then 3 cups)-makes half of a serving
5. cut green beans (snap) to make one cup
6.cut green peppers up makes a half of a serving
7. get out one package of pasta (at least 16 Oz.)

fill a pan up with water and put on the stove to boil.
get out a skillet and fry your onions. after your onions are brown put in all your chopped vegetables. cook them till tender
when your water is boiling put 1 tbsp of extra virgin or olive oil in the water and take you 16 Oz package of pasta in the water heat the pasta for 12 minutes on medium heat. (Stir frequently)
when your vegetables are tender put in your spices and stir them put in your tomato sauce and cook the sauce with the vegetables until boiling.
turn off the heat on your sauce and when the pasta is done re-heat the sauce
once pasta is done dump pasta in a cylinder and rinse off pasta with cold water.
after pasta is cooled off put on a plate and take your sauce and pore it onto the pasta.
and your done!!!
