Sweet and Sour Balti Chicken

3 tbsp tomato paste2 tbsp plain or Greek-style yoghurt1 1/2 tsp curry powder1 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic pulp2 tbsp mango chutney1 tsp salt4 tbsp corn oil4 chicken breasts, cubed2/3 cup water1 tbsp coriander2 tbsp light cream
Blend together all ingredients up to the corn oil. Heat oil in wok or skillet, lower heat slightly and pour in spice mixture. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min stirring occasionally.
Add chicken pieces and stir to coat. Add water to thin sauce. Cook until chicken is tender.
Add cilantro and cream, cook another 2 minutes.
Makes about 6 servings, serve over rice.
