You need Lettuce, Black Beans, Salsa, Light Sour cream, Corn, Chicken and Shredded Cheese
Directions
Heat blackbeans and corn in Microwavable dish for 1-2 min each. Grill Chicken and cut into strips. Put all ingredients together in a bowl or plate and you're done.

    I think this is a very easy and fast mid-Sautrday snack! It was great and I would recommend it to anyone. i left out the corn and served it with 6 large tortilla chips and a glass of water with lemon in it. Refreshing and tasty. Thanks a bunch. - 7/19/07
