Ingredients
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs1 packet Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Dressing Mix.25 c grated Parmesan Cheese4 tbsp fat free sour cream1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Mix together dry ingredients in large dish. Pound chicken breasts to thin them out. Dip chicken into sour cream, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place in greased baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes or until done

    Our grocery store didn't have the spicy ranch mix, so we used the regular. The dish was definitely flavorful and moist. It was just a bit too salty for me, but everyone else said there chicken was fine. So, maybe I just got too much ranch mix and not enough of the other stuff on my chicken. - 6/10/10

    I really love this recipe! I have tried the panko breadcrumbs before but never with the cheese and never with sour cream as the base for sticking the crumbs! The sour cream really made the chicken moist and the crumbs made it crunchy! The whole family enjoyed it! - 6/1/10
