Whole Grain Healthy Cookies

Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal1 Cup Shredded Coconut1 Cup Grated Carrots1 Cup Chopped Walnuts1 Cup Raisins1/2 Cup Brown Sugar1/2 Tsp Salt1/2 Tsp Baking Soda2 Tsp Baking Powder2 Tsp Cinnamon2 Tsp Nutmeg2 TBS Vanilla Extract3/4 Cup Non-fat Milk2 Eggs1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients except sugar in a large bowl.
- Mix all liquid ingredients and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add dry ingrediens into the liquid ingredients.
- Stir with wooden spoon and mix well.
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet
- Mash each cookie
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 Degrees

Makes 4 1/2 Dozen Cookies
