Cantaloupe Slush

Ingredients
2 cups diced cantaloupe2 tsp. granulated sugar (or sugar substitute)2 Tbsp. evaporated milksplash of vanilla extract
Directions
Dice and chill the cantaloupe beforehand in the fridge. Using a blender, puree the cantaloupe and mix with the milk and sugar to taste. Serve immediately, or put mixture in the freezer and then blend again for a thicker consistency.

Note: Calorie count is for regular sugar, not sugar substitute. Also not included in the calorie count is the option to replace the vanilla extract with Malibu or Midori or some other tropical adult beverage (if desired).
