9 Ritz Crackers1/4 tsp Season Salt2 Chicken Breasts no skin
Put Ritz Crackers in a bag and use a rolling pin to grind them into small crumbs. Add season salt and mix up.
Add Chicken Breasts one at a time and shake (like shake n bake) until completely coated. Repeat with 2nd breast.
Bake at 400 degrees for approx 25-30 minutes depending on size of breasts.
Variation which is higher in fat/calories but also very yummy is to dip the chicken in egg first then coat with ritz. You can still bake or pan fry if you wish.
