Asian Crunch Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 medium head cabbage or 1 bag cole slaw mix2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles2 cans white meat chicken1/2 C slivered almonds1/4 C sesame seeds1/2 C canola oil1 tbsp sugar1 tsp season salt3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Shred cabbage. Break up ramen noodles into small pieces and add to cabbage. Toast almonds and sesame seeds until lightly browned. Add to cabbage mixture. Combine remaining ingredients with seasoning packets from noodles. Pour over cabbage mixture. Mix and refrigerate.

Makes about 18 half-cup servings.

    THis is a really awesome salad. I haven't added the canned chicken as I use it as a salad but it would make it a great low cal lunch with it. - 3/2/11
