Panko Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast cut into 1oz pieces (size of breast 8 oz)1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1/4 cup dijon mustard1 teaspoon roasted chicken seasoning1/4 teaspoon lea and perrins
Directions
Mix lea and perrins with mustard and rub on chicken pieces
dip each piece of chicken in the panko
place on raised rack sprayed with pam to prevent sticking
place on cookie sheet and spray top with pam
bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
