Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 1.25 cup * corn meal, 12 tbsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * *Canola Oil, .25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Directions
heat oven to 400 F grease 8 or 9 inch pan combine dry ingredients stir in milk oil and egg mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown (check with wooden tooth pick to make sure comes out clean) serve warm
