Vegan Mabo Tofu

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil1 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil1 Garlic clove, crushed and minced1/4 Cup Onion minced1/2 Tsp Red Peppers (I used chinese Garlic Red Peppers)1/2 Cup Water1 1/2 Tsp Sake3 1/2 Tsp Soy sauce1/2 Tsp Salt4-5 Tbsp Ketchup1 pk Medium Firm Tofu (if soft is used, stir very carefully)2 Tsp Cornstarch (add a little water to dissolve)1/4- 1/2 Cup Green Onions- minced
Directions
On high heat, add oils to frying pan or wok.
Cook onions until semi transparent, then add garlic and red peppers. Stir fry for about 15 seconds and reduce to medium.
Add water, sake, soy sauce, salt, & ketchup. Bring to a boil & add tofu and return to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the pan.
Simmer until thick.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
