Blueberry Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup all-purpose white flour1/4 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda113 g low-fat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup water1 banana, mashed1/3 cup chopped walnuts1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.

Mix all dry ingredients together (flours through baking soda).

Mix all wet ingredients together (yogurt through banana).

Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Gently fold in walnuts and blueberries.

Fill 12 muffin cups and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

    This recipe was okay. I was expecting it to be sweeter with the blueberries and yogurt, so next time I would add splenda, even though it wasn't meant to have sweetener. - 7/10/11
