Ingredients
2 c. or 16 oz. fresh basil leaves, 3 garlic cloves, 5 Tbsp. pine nuts, 8 Tbsp. extra virigin olive oil, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese.
Directions
In a blender, chop 2c. firmly packed fresh basil leaves, 3 garlic cloves, 5Tbsp pine nuts, 8 Tbsp. Extra Virigin olive oil, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese. Blend until pureed. Serve over hot pasta or on grilled chicken.
