Ground Chicken Taco Meat

Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken, very lean1 raw onion, chopped1 6 oz can tomato paste, sprouts is low sodium1 envelope of Taco Seasoning2 TBSP of chili powder
Directions
Place chopped onion and ground chicken along with seasonings in plan, cook on medium heat until meat is done. Then add tomato paste and 3/4 can of water. Mix thoroughly, then simmer on low for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
A low calorie taco can be made by using mini pita bread, sliced in half. Each piece is 70 calories, so for two tacos, your bread calories would only be 70, for 4 tacos, your bread calories would only be 140...a lot healthier than taco shells. Use lettuce, fresh tomato diced and fresh salsa if desired.
