Cinnamon Raisin Scones

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour3 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons apple sauce1/2 cup 1% milk1 large egg1/3 cup raisins
Directions
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, & sugar in a bowl

In a seperate bowl melt butter, then add rest of ingredients. Mix well.

combine together to form a dough

knead dough into a flat circe

cut into 8s like a pizza

bake 15-20 minutes on 425

makes 8 yummy scones
