Directions
1. Tear Basil and mix together with vinegar and horseradish. 2. Slice roast beef into strips and add to salad greens, onions and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Pour dressing on top of greens and toss.
If I make this for lunch I mix everything, but keep meat separate. Also great with chicken or shrimp.
