Lemon Butter Caper Sauce

Ingredients
* Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained * Lemon juice, 0.5 cup * Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp * Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
After cooking your entree meat, remove it from the pan.

Add the Chicken Broth and Lemon Juice and simmer until rediced by approxiametly one half. At this point, the path made by scraping a spoon across the pan will not immediately be covered by liquid.

Then whisk in the butter and add the capers.

One serving should suffice as sauce for a single meat serving.
Two servings are enough for a meat, and two vegies.

Tastes really good with salmon or chicken :)
