My Beef and Rice stew

Ingredients
1 lb. of 90/10 ground beef1 can of whole tomatoes 28 oz@ 1 cup of gren or red peppers choppedhalf cup of any onion, choppedwhole grain rice, cooked, 4 cups=16 .25 cup servingssliced small bellas @ .5 cup1 chopped celery stalk
Directions
Makes 8 servings
Using a medium crockpot, empty the tomatoes, garlic cloves, and celery roughly chopped. Using a Braun hand blender? liquify the celery and tomatoes so it is the consistency of a sauce.
In a saute pan, user a tbsp of olive oile and saute onions, mushrooms and peppers. After putting these aside, use the same pan for browning the ground beef.
Put all ingredients inculding seasonings into the crockpot and cook at low for 3 hours.
The result is a hearty, low-fat, gluten free stew that is very filling.
