1 C. Vanilla protein powder.5 C. Whole Wheat flour2 C. rolled oats.5 C Kashi GoLean Crunch HAF1 t. sea salt.5 T. cinnamon.5 C brown sugar1 C mini chocolate chips12 oz yogurt.25 C. canola oil2 t. EVOO2 t. vanilla
oven 350. spray 9x13 dish. mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. mix yogurt, oils and vanilla in a small bowl. combine the two and pour into pan. press down evenly. Bank 15-20 min, let cool 15 min. cut into bars and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet, cook for another 10-15 min. let cool before eating. Keep in an airtight container in fridge
