Stella's Cream Cheese Chili Rellenos

Ingredients
4 large green chili peppers4 oz fat free cream cheese1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin2 tsp oregano12 Tbsp Egg Beaters egg whites, divided1/2 cup flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Cut the tops off chili peppers, make a slice down the length and remove seeds. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese with chili powder, cumin, and oregano until smooth. Stuff peppers with 1/4 of the cream cheese.

In a pie pan, mix 6 Tbsp egg whites with flour. Put the remaining 6 Tbsp in a separate bowl or pie pan. Coat each pepper first in the egg white then in the flour mixture, then lay it in the prepared casserole, cut side up.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
