Ingredients
2 pkg Pillsbury Reduced-Fat Crescent Rolls2 C Fresh Chopped Broccoli2 C Fresh Chopped Cauliflower2 C Fresh Chopped Carrots1/2 C Kraft Reduced-Fat Mayo with Olive Oil1 8 oz. pkg Neufchatel Cheese (softened)1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (dry)1/2 C 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Press out both rolls of crescent rolls together to form a crust and bake as directed. While crust is cooling, mix together mayo, softened Neufchatel cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch mix. Spread cheese mixture over crust, piling chopped veggies on top. Finally, sprinkle pizza with cheddar cheese and cut into 16 pieces.
