Whole Grain Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1.5 cups instant oatmeal, plain1 cage-free egg6 oz. unsweetened organic applesauce1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. baking powder1.5 tsp. baking soda1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp. ginger1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. crushed walnuts.5 c unsweetened dried cranberries.75 cup honey or agave nectar (I use a mix of both)
Directions
Mix. Make 50 small cookies. Bake at 350 degrees, 10-12 minutes until golden brown!
