Korean Style Salad Dressing

DRESSING:-2 tablespoons soy sauce-2 tablespoons water-1 tablespoon Korean style crushed red pepper(not the american kind that they use as a pizza topping)-1 tablespoon sugar-2 cloves of finely minced garlic-1/2 tablespoon of sesame seed oil-1 tablespoon sesame seedsVEGETABLES:-Romaine Lettuce-Carrots - slivered-Onion diced thinly-Baby cucumbers diced into slivers-Baby bell peppers(variety of yellow and red) sliced thinly
Simply mix all ingredients together for the salad dressing. Please note to finely mince the garlic, and to use KOREAN style crushed red pepper.
Mix all the vegetables, and right before serving, top with about 2-3 tablespoons of the salad dressing. (Add more salad dressing if needed, but don't use all the dressing until you've tasted the salad!)
