Cheesy Sloppy Joe

Ingredients
*Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 oz (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and lightly brown chopped onions with garlic. Add vegetables and just ground. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add diced tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for about five minutes. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle low fat shredded mozurella cheese and broil unntil the cheese has melted and is bubbly and brwon. Serve wtih garlic bread or your favorite roll.
