Splenda Banana Bread

2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup Splenda1/2 cup Egg beaters3 very ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup margarine, soft2/3 cup 2% milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda2 ounces chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs beaters and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in bananas, butter, milk, and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture, mixing just until blended. Fold in walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
4. Bake in preheated pan until golden and a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean, about 45 hour. Turn bread out onto a wire rack and let cool.
