Pancakes with Milled Flax Seed

Ingredients
3/4 c Bread Flour1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour1/4 c Milled Flax seed3 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp sea salt1 T sugar1 1/2 cups skim milk1 egg1 T unsalted butter1 T olive oil
Directions
Sift dry ingredients and mix in a bowl, in separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Then add all together and stir. 1/4 cup of batter is one serving. Cook in a heated pan. turn pancakes when they start to bubble all over. I serve with 2 T organic pure maple syrup.
