Slow Cooked Chicken Stroganoff

6 frozen Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless1 8 oz container of low fat Sour Cream (fat free does not do well)1 packet of dry Onion soup mix1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Mix sour cream, onion soup and cream of mushroom soup. Place over chicken. Cook 6-8 hours. May serve over pasta or rice.
For lap banders: I half the cooked breasts, place on a cookie sheet, add some sauce and freeze. I then place the breasts in freezer bags for future meals.
