Ingredients
1 lb ground beef3 tsp dried onion1 (1 lb can) chopped tomatoes1/2 cup UN cooked rice2 tsp chili powder2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
brown beef with onion, drain.

Mix all ingredients in 11x7 baking dish, bake for 1 hour at 350, or until rice is tender.

Serve with cornbread, salsa and sour cream, and tossed salad! (these add extra calories of course!)
