Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 box organic chicken broth4 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)1 head cabbage5 carrots1 large white onion1.5 cups diced celery2 tablespoons Organic low sodium chicken base (assorted fresh herbs (I used thyme, oregano & bay)saltpepperwater
Directions
Chop all veggies and cut chicken breasts into chunks.
Add all ingredients except cabbage to the pot and top off with 6 cups of water. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked and carrots are just about tender. Next add cabbage and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until cabbage softens. Enjoy!!
