Turkish Eggplant

Ingredients
2 small eggplants2 cloves of garlic finely chopped2 tsp. red pepper pastejuice of 1/2 lemonsalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Poke holes in eggplant with fork. Cook for 10 minutes in hot oven or 4 minutes in microwave, until eggplant is soft.
Peel, dice. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
