2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats1/2 cup sliced Almonds1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/4 cup Canola oil1/4 cup water2 Tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 300* F. Lightly grease a jelly roll pan. Combine oats, almonds, flour, salt and sugar and mix well. Stir together oil, water, honey, and vanilla in small bowl. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture on prepared jelly roll pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes until mixture is golden brown and slightly crunchy. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings.
