BBQ Potato & Vegetable packages

Ingredients
2 lbs potatoes, scrubbed and chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 sweet bell pepper, cut into strips12 large mushrooms, quarteredsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Start BBQ
2. Mix potatoes & vegetables in large bowl, add salt & pepper as desired
3. Cut 6 pieces of tin foil, divide mixture on center of tin foil
4. Close tin foil around mixture
5. Cook on medium heat until soft
6. Serve with butter on the side
