delicious no fat bran muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs1/3 cup molasses2 cups no fat milk3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce2 cups unbleached AP flour (or 1/2 whole wheat but they will be drier)2 cups raw wheat bran2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt3/4 c raisins3/4 c dates choppedBlend wet ingredients together with dates & raisinsBlend dry ingredients togetherMix until blended but do not over mixMakes 24 muffins
Directions
I bake them for 20 mins at 375 in my convection oven and 23 minutes at 375 in a regular gas or electric oven
