Apple Crumble

The Filling4 medium cooking apples (250g)1/2 a pack of bueberries squashed1 tablespoon watersweetner to taste1 tablespoon cinnamon The crumble170g plain flour75g soft butter50g oats100g demerara sugar
1. Pre- heat oven to 200 degrees celsius
2. Cut apples into chunks and put in pan with water and blueberries cook till soft (about 5 minutes) and add sweetner and cinnamon
3. Transfer in a ramekin/ small serving pot
4. Rub flour and butter till breadcrumb like
5. stir in oats and brown sugar and sprinkle over partly cooked apples
6. bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or till golden brown on top
7. serve with low fat custard and enjoy =]
